3) Exchange and Return Information:

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery by contacting the Customer Service Center (1-877-689-1541).
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.
• The product must be unused and in the same packaging condition as when received to be eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; only regular priced items are eligible for refund or exchange.
• All shipping and handling fees for returned items, as well as risks related to loss during shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

3) Refund Policy:

• A 10% restocking fee applies to returned products in new, original packaging.
• (Customer bears cost for return shipping.)
• For opened or used returned products, a 20% restocking fee applies (customer bears return shipping costs).
• If a return shipment is refused after delivery, a shipping fee will apply.
• Once the returned product is inspected upon arrival, an email notification will be sent regarding refund approval.

After refund approval, the refund will be automatically processed via credit card or original payment method. The timing of the credit posting may vary depending on the card company.
